The Aruba Athletic Federation (AAF) proudly announces the successful completion of an intensive 8-day training program on its brand-new FinishLynx Timing System at the Guillermo Prospero Trinidad (GPT) Stadium 🇦🇼🏟️.

The training was led by FinishLynx expert Paul Holyoke, who provided comprehensive instruction to AAF’s Timing Staff on the installation, configuration and operation of this world-class timing system.

Throughout the program, the team engaged in extensive hands-on practice, multiple simulations and a live test with athletes 👟 all yielding excellent results .

In addition to the new timing technology, AAF has also invested in the modern meet management platform Atletiek.nu 💻. The software was fully tested and demonstrated seamless integration with the FinishLynx system, ensuring efficient competition management and accurate, reliable results.

With these major technological upgrades, AAF is fully prepared to host official competitions at the GPT Stadium starting in 2026 .
