Today was a special day for the eight talented athletes who will proudly represent Aruba at the upcoming Age Group Championship in Nicaragua. They gathered for a fun and meaningful get-together, where they received their official team uniforms and heard powerful words of encouragement from Eljoenai and Wyndell, two former age group athletes who once stood exactly where they are today.

Eljoenai and Wyndell shared stories of their own journeys, reminding the team that anything is possible with hard work, heart and unity. The athletes also enjoyed a series of fun games and activities to build team spirit and get to know each other better — setting the stage for a strong and supportive group heading into competition.

With their new uniforms on and a boost of inspiration, these eight athletes are ready to make Aruba proud!
