Our athletes are back in action today for Day 2 of the Age Group Championship here in Managua, Nicaragua. After an inspiring first day filled with strong performances and incredible determination, the team is ready to keep the momentum going 
Sunday morning’s events include:
- – Pentathlon long jump
- – Heptathlon 60-meter hurdles
- – Heptathlon 80-meter hurdles
- – Heptathlon ball throw
- – Heptathlon high jump
The team is motivated, focused and eager to build on yesterday’s successes. Let’s continue to cheer them on as they give their best and represent us with pride.
Sunday afternoon’s events will feature:
- – Heptathlon high jump
- – Heptathlon ball throw
- – Pentathlon 800 meters
- – Pentathlon 1000 meter
- – Heptathlon 1000 meter
- – Heptathlon 1200 meter
On the second day of the Age Group Championship, Maeyson secured a 5th-place medal for Aruba in the long jump event. Despite suffering a bad fall that required a precautionary hospital check-up, Maeyson demonstrated remarkable courage and determination to achieve his medal-winning performance. Although he did sustain an injury, we are relieved to report that he is okay.
In addition, Fabial Harriot secured another medal for Team Aruba in the ball throw event, achieving an outstanding 5th-place finish with a distance of 75.01 meters. What an incredible accomplishment for Fabial, demonstrating true talent and dedication.
