Kids Athletics Celebration Ends with Joy, Team Spirit, and Action at Playa Pabou

May 18, 2025

Day 3 Recap – Running, Jumping, Throwing… and Smiling!

The final day of the Kids Athletics Celebration took place under the sunny skies of Playa Pabou, where children came together to show off the skills they developed throughout the program. It was a day full of energy, joy, and personal achievement, a true celebration of youth athletics.

From sprint relays and hurdle challenges to jumping and throwing events, the kids demonstrated their physical ability and teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship. Laughter, cheers, and high-fives were seen as every child had a moment to shine.

The program’s success was made possible thanks to the foundation laid during Days 1 and 2, where our dedicated facilitators, Rudolph Simon and Roberto Chavarria, led coaches and volunteers through detailed workshops. They focused on how to guide children through the fundamental movement skills and values of athletics, agility, balance, rhythm, and more, ensuring every activity was safe, inclusive, and enjoyable.

By Day 3, the impact of this preparation was clearly visible. Children performed confidently, coaches were well-prepared, and the event ran smoothly with great team support.

  • Consistency in Placements:
