Emma Gobert, making her debut at just 14 years old, impressed with a NEW National Record of 4:53.84 in the 1500m! 🔥
She improved her own record by an incredible 10 seconds, placing 6th in her race.
We’re excited to see her continue building experience as she returns for the 3000m tomorrow.

Wyndel Beyde also delivered a powerful performance in the U-20 1500m, finishing 4th with a time of 4:02.42. His strong finishing kick had us all fired up! 🔥
Wyndel will be back on Monday to defend his gold medal in the 5000m.
